             abstract = "Nowadays, the personal and social autonomy of people have become a 
                         problem of society. It is important to provide tools for assisting 
                         people in order to enable them to be independent, especially for 
                         daily activities. ADVIR is a tool developed for helping visually 
                         impaired people in drug identification. The main idea is to point 
                         a camera device (such as a smartphone camera) to the box of a drug 
                         in order to identify it and know, by sound signals, information 
                         about its composition and its use. For this, computational vision 
                         algorithms were used to identify features ORB in the drug box and 
                         to perform matching with previously stored patterns. Preliminary 
                         experiments were performed to prove the feasibility of the 
                         system.",
